Membership

Any degree-granting Higher Education and Research Institution which is a SAP customer with signed contract(s) for the productive use of one or more R/2 or R/3 software modules can become a member. Please take the following steps to join our User Group:

• Complete the membership form which, will be submitted to the current HERUG Chairperson for review. Once it is confirmed that your institution is a licensed SAP customer, your institution will be added to the HERUG web site.

Please note that there are currently no charges or dues associated with membership of this User Group. As a consequence of this it has been agreed that any institution hosting a HERUG meeting is entitled to charge a modest registration fee that is intended to recover only the actual costs incurred.
